Known as a popular gathering spot for people looking to relax, socialize and enjoy a carefully curated cocktail program, ‘The Pool’ is a Boston Summer Social Magnet. Jay Havey, the Hotel Food and Beverage Manager is always looking for new ideas and ways to further enhance the popularity of his drinks program. We met in late March, when Winter’s chill was in full force in Beantown. We mixed several drinks and Jay was all-in! Like those who know, Jay instantly saw the versatility of PRIQLY and how simply and deliciously it just make cocktails taste better. And now Jay and his team are featuring their new “Summer Blues” cocktail at the Colonnade (recipe below) pool. We suggest that you try this deliciously different refreshing Summer drink for yourself. Summer Blues Recipe
1.5oz Triple 8 Blueberry Vodka.
.5oz PRIQLY Pear Liqueur.
3oz Cranberry Juice.
.25oz Lemon Juice.
Shaken and served over fresh ice with lemon and blueberry garnish.
